Mechanism: It has high impact resistance and all parts used on the mechanical are processed using computer-controlled fully automatic CNC and Laser Cutting Machines. Locking, Leakage Access is AISI 304 Quality Stainless Steel and provides the opportunity to be changed separately if needed due to its ability to be disassembled and assembled. Thanks to this feature, it provides fast technical service and fast solution as well as production advantage. Since all of the cam sheets used on mechanics are steel, they are long-lasting and have high resistance to environmental interactions and corrosion. Thanks to the Special Shock Absorption System used on the movement, ease of passage for the user and long-lasting use is provided thanks to this softness. There is also a cam system on the movement that prevents illegal passages and offers a single pass.
Main body: AISI 304 quality stainless steel and has a 4N satinized surface.
Top Cover: It is AISI 304 quality stainless steel in product standard and has a 4N satinized surface. Optionally, it can be manufactured from 8mm tempered and grinded glass. In order to increase the resistance against external impacts and to provide strength, the lower part of the glass surface is strengthened with a chemically treated support sheet against corrosion. With a special printing technique on the glass surface, the image you want is printed in HD quality, providing you with the opportunity to customize the product for you. This application technique is only done by us in the world. The advantage of this special technique; By applying images such as granite, wood, pictures, logos, etc. on the product, it gives the opportunity to get a more stylish visual, and the hygienic nature of the glass compared to other materials is of particular importance.
Handles: It has a standard 32mm thick aluminum and anodized surface.
Arm Hub: It is produced by injection printing from special alloy material with high impact resistance.
Electronic Control Board and Working Voltage: The electronic control circuit is manufactured as surface mount technology (SMD), the control inputs are dry contact (NO). CMOS, TTL and 5 – 24VDC inputs can be made as options. Transition directions on the board can be adjusted freely or controlled. The energy required for the operation of the system is provided at 24VDC 1.1A using Swich Mode Power Suppley, input 110VAC-240VAC 50/60Hz. It is the city mains voltage. The operating temperature is between -10°C and +50°C, an optional heater can be installed for very cold environments. It can give an audible warning in case of transition approval.
Sensor: An inductive sensor is used as a sensor, it has high strength and performance in all kinds of environments (such as dust, moisture, etc.) and increases product quality.
Locking: Special solenoids with high strength and working performance are used. Locking is done with nails made of 304 quality stainless steel.
Emergency: In case of power failure, the arms allow free passage. In addition, there is an emergency input on the card, which is NC, which is compatible with any external (such as fire, panic, etc.) connection with all panels. In case of disconnection of the contact or cable that may come from such devices, the turnstile automatically allows free passage.
